"After 10 years of nagging by my wife for herringbone flooring in the kitchen I finally caved in and agreed to take on the task! (Gulp!) Found FloorStreet on a quick google, picked the colour and size and importantly folks, the underlay! (Easy step to miss if novice!). The quality of this flooring is excellent - it’s quite thick and sturdy too, but easy enough to work with if you have the right tools! (Strongly suggest a table saw, laminate hammer and puller tool, and a jigsaw for the fiddly bits!) Took about 2 days all in to lay from scratch and went together firmly. The Sonic Red underlay made things much easier too, with the lines on and fact it bends as needed rather than the cheap B&Q panels that snap. Don’t skimp on the underlay folks!). I’ve attached our kitchen on the before, middle and after finished. Very please with product and service from this company - thanks you! Oh…. I would add - whatever your size is, add an extra pack so you don’t run short on the final part like we did! (You will be surprised how many full planks even after off cuts you use to get it perfect!)."
