Delivery Times

Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. The products will not be delivered unless they are signed for by you or someone you nominate to accept delivery for you. Someone over the age of 18 must sign for the delivery.


Deliveries can be made to you in a van, rigid lorry or articulated lorry. For this reason, it is important to let us know if your property is difficult to access (e.g. if you live in a narrow road or a gated community), so that we can make appropriate arrangements. We appreciate any details you can provide us with, in order to ensure the delivery process runs smoothly. You can do this either by calling us, emailing us or writing a note at the checkout.


You can collect your flooring or accessories directly from our store. These will usually be available for collection within 3 working days and you will receive an email to let you know that your products have arrived. Please note, we will only be able to store these products for a maximum of 10 days.


If there is no one at the property at the time of arrival then the products will be returned to us. You can then either arrange to collect these from our store, or you can arrange a new delivery date which will be subject to an additional delivery charge of £45.

Floor Street will not leave your flooring with a neighbour unless this has otherwise been requested in advance either by phone, email or on notes at the checkout.

Due to the size and value of the product being delivered, Floor Street will not leave your flooring delivery outside of your property (e.g. in a porch area). All deliveries must be signed for.


Upon receiving your delivery, it's essential to carefully check your order for any visible damage or missing items. If you notice anything amiss, please inform the delivery driver immediately to ensure it's documented, and then email us at to report the issue. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with any relevant photos, so we can resolve this swiftly for you.

If you find any issues later, please be aware that we may not be able to take responsibility, as these could have occurred after we successfully delivered your goods in good condition. However, we encourage you to contact us via the same email address, and we'll do our best to assist. Our priority is to address and resolve any concerns you might have with your product as quickly as possible.

We recommend conducting a visual inspection of your flooring before installation. Both the installer and buyer are responsible for assessing the product's quality, and once the flooring has been installed or used, it is considered accepted by both the installer and the owner.
