Returns FAQs



When your order arrives, check it carefully for any damage or missing items. If you spot anything wrong, let the delivery driver know immediately and email us at help@floorstreet.co.uk with photos as proof.


Before installation, do a visual check of the flooring. Once it's installed or used, the buyer and installer take full responsibility for its quality.


Before Dispatch: Changed your mind? No problem—contact us, and we’ll refund you in full within 14 days.


In Transit: If your order is already on the way, let us know. We’ll work with the courier to stop it and refund you minus delivery costs within 14 days.


After delivery: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items if you change your mind.


Orders cannot be cancelled and reordered in the sale or with a discount code after the initial order. The first order will remain valid in any case.


Before Dispatch: Full refund.


In Transit: Refund minus any delivery costs.


After Delivery Returns: Refund minus delivery fees, as long as the items are returned in resalable condition within 30 days.
