30-day returns
We hope you're happy with your order. However, if you’ve changed your mind, you can request a return quickly and easily through our simple online returns process. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note, we are unable to accept returns of spare packs, or offcuts so we recommend ordering carefully to avoid surplus materials.
Return Process
We offer a simple online returns process to ensure your return is handled quickly and efficiently. Returns must be requested online via the returns form to be accepted.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, in the same condition received. Proof of purchase is required. Returns sent without a label or prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & defects:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue before returning it. This allows us to assess the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on items that are not in a resellable condition.
14-Day grace period:
If you store your order with us, you may cancel within 14 days of ordering for a refund. After 14 days, cancellations will incur fees as outlined in our Terms of Service. (e.g. £40 per pallet/week).
Exchanges:
The quickest way to receive your preferred item is to return the original item, and once your return has been approved, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds:
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled and reordered in the sale or with a discount code after the initial order. The first order will remain valid in any case.
Before Dispatch:
By placing an order, you accept the product’s colour, design, and quality. You may cancel within 14 days of ordering for a refund.
After 14 days, cancellations will incur fees as outlined in our Terms of Service. (e.g. £40 per pallet/week). Orders cannot be cancelled and re-placed using discount codes; your original order remains valid.
In Transit:
If your order is already on the way, let us know. We’ll work with the courier to stop it and refund you minus delivery costs within 14 days.
After delivery:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items if you change your mind. Orders cannot be cancelled and reordered in the sale or with a discount code after the initial order. The first order will remain valid in any case.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. We recommend arranging a suitable professional in your local area to carry out the work, or alternatively, you may transport the goods back to us yourself.
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 14 working days. Please allow an additional 5–7 working days for your bank to process the payment.
Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method used for your order.
