What if I have an issue with my product?

Upon receiving your delivery, it is imperative that you thoroughly inspect your order for any signs of immediate damage or missing items. If you come across any such issues, please notify your delivery driver promptly to ensure that appropriate documentation is recorded and email help@floorstreet.co.uk to report the problem also and providing relevant photos would be greatly appreciated.

Should you discover any problems with your products at a later stage, we can nor be responsible as these issues could have been caused at any stage after we have fulfilled our promise to deliver your goods in good condition. However we encourage you to reach out to us using the same contact methods and we will do our best to help. We are committed to promptly addressing and resolving any concerns you may have with your product. 

Please bear in mind that it is crucial to conduct a visual inspection of the flooring before installation. The installer and buyer accepts full responsibility for the final assessment of product quality. Once the flooring has been installed or used, it is considered accepted by both the installer and the owner.

We would like to highlight that we cannot accept items as faulty if they have been tampered with or used contrary to the manufacturer's or our own guidelines. For comprehensive information on how to address any issues with your product, please refer to our terms and conditions.



Cancellation of orders is possible within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. Should you choose to cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund for your order. However, if you wish to cancel your order after this period, it will be subject to our return and refund policy below.


Returns And Refund Website Only

For returns and refunds excluding special order products which can not be cancelled or returned, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of placing your order, entitling you to a full refund, excluding the collection and restocking fee, which will be deducted. To qualify for a refund, please ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging, complete with all accompanying parts and accessories. We will initiate the refund process only after inspecting the goods and verifying that they have been returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned items.

After 14 days Floor Street have the right to refuse to cancel your order for any product. In an event where cancellation is possible your restocking fee will be significantly more as your stock would have to be sold in clearance.


Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in customers accounts. 


Special order products such as carpets and real wood flooring and some waterproof floors can not be cancelled or returned due to being bespoke and custom made for you.

  1. Order Amendment Restriction: All Black Friday sale orders are final and cannot be amended or modified after they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  2. No Additional Discounts: No additional discounts, promotions, or coupons can be applied to Black Friday sale items. The prices displayed during the Black Friday sale event are the final discounted prices.

  3. Cancellation Policy: Orders placed during the Black Friday sale cannot be canceled for the purpose of reordering at the sale price. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be changed or canceled.

  4. All Sales are Final: All Black Friday sale purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for Black Friday sale items unless there is a defect or damage in accordance with our regular return policy.

  5. Limited Stock: Black Friday sale items are available in limited quantities, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product or promotion at any time, without notice.

  6. Shipping and Delivery: Please note that shipping times may be longer than usual during the Black Friday sale period due to high demand. We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but delays may occur.

  7. Availability: All Black Friday sale items are subject to availability. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase is confirmed, we will notify you and provide a refund or an alternative product, as per your preference.

  8. Terms and Conditions Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify these Black Friday Special Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check the terms before making a purchase during the Black Friday sale.
