If you see a product on the site and you find it at a lower price elsewhere, you could qualify for our Price Match Guarantee.
Meaning you we will sell you the product at the lower price you have seen.
- We only accept price match claims for competitors based in the UK and sell direct to customers.
- The competitor must be offering the exactly identical product as us and in brand new condition.
- An 'identical' product means the product but be the same finish, dimensions, grade, material and from the same supplier.
- The competitor must have the product in stock and be able to deliver the product within 7 working days.
- Price match guarantee can not be used during sale campaigns.
- You must be able to provide a quotation from the competitor for us to review.
- Price match guarantee excludes samples.
- Price match guarantee claims cannot be initiated if you have already placed an order with us for the product in question.
