  1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the Floor Street website and any purchases made via www.floorstreet.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.


    We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.


  2. Orders

  3. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order for any reason at our sole discretion.


    By placing an order, you confirm that (a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; (b) all details provided are accurate and complete; and (c) you understand and agree to our full Terms of Sale.


    Even after your order is accepted and a confirmation email is sent, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to stock discrepancies, suspected misuse or fraud, pricing or description errors, or concerns about risk to the business.


  4. Pricing & Discount Codes

    All prices shown on our site are in GBP and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice.


    Discount Code Policy: Only one discount code may be used per transaction. Discount stacking is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to use multiple or unauthorised codes may result in your order being cancelled and your account blocked without notice.


  5. Product Descriptions

    We take great care to ensure our product images and descriptions are accurate; however, colours, textures and finishes may vary due to screen settings, dye batches, natural variations in materials, or lighting conditions. We strongly recommend ordering samples before committing to full orders.


    You are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, quantities, and specifications are correct and that products are suitable for your intended use.


  6. Delivery

    We deliver across the UK mainland (exclusions may apply). Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.


    Delivery lead times vary by product and are displayed at checkout or confirmed by email. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


    Delivery is kerbside only unless otherwise arranged. Missed or refused deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.


    Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.


  7. Delivery Timeframes & Delays

    All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet your selected delivery window, you agree to allow up to 14 calendar days after your chosen delivery date for your order to arrive.


    Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: courier issues, adverse weather, traffic incidents, strikes, customs delays, or supply chain disruptions.


    We do not offer compensation, refunds, or discounts for delivery delays of any kind. Our responsibility is to ensure your goods are delivered within a reasonable timeframe.


  8. Storage & Delayed Delivery

    We open our delivery calendar for up to 4 months from order placement. You may select your delivery date at checkout within that window and change it with at least 3 working days’ notice.


    If you wish to delay delivery beyond 4 months from order placement, we are entitled to charge a storage fee of £40.00 per pallet per week (maximum of 40 packs per pallet).



  9. Damaged or Missing Items

    Please inspect your entire delivery upon receipt. Any damages or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve this swiftly. Please ensure all items are checked at once so that any replacements can be sent in a single shipment.


    If issues are reported outside this timeframe, we may be unable to accept responsibility, as damage may have occurred after successful delivery. However, we will do our best to assist.



  10. Installation Responsibility & Acceptance of Goods

    We recommend a thorough visual inspection of your flooring before installation. Both the installer and buyer are responsible for assessing product quality and suitability. Once the flooring has been installed or used, it is considered accepted by both the installer and the owner.


    We cannot accept items as faulty if they have been tampered with, misused, or installed contrary to the manufacturer’s or our guidance.



  11. Cancellations (Change of Mind)

    By placing your order, you confirm that you have accepted all products, including their colours, designs and quality. Any change-of-mind cancellation will be subject to these Terms.


    If your order has not yet been dispatched or delivered, you may cancel it within 14 days of placing it. If cancelled within this timeframe, you will receive a refund minus any storage/admin fees already incurred (e.g. £40 per pallet per week).


    If you wish to cancel after 14 days, or your order is an express delivery or special product, you will be subject to our Terms of Service, as your order will already have been processed and is likely in transit.


    Orders cannot be cancelled and re-ordered using sale or discount codes after the initial order. The first order will remain valid in any case.


  12. Returns (Unopened Packs)

    If you have any unopened packs to return, you may do so within 30 days of delivery/collection. Returns must be arranged and paid for by you. Please complete the Returns Form before sending goods back: Returns Form


    Refunds will only be processed after the goods have been inspected and confirmed to be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt. Please allow 2–3 working days for the balance to appear in your account.


  13. Non-Returnable / Non-Cancellable Items

    The following items are non-returnable and non-cancellable (unless faulty):


    • Clearance products
    • Special order products
    • Bespoke stair runners
    • Carpet and carpet-related products
    • Items that have been installed or used

  14. Warranties

    We offer a Floor Street warranty on stair runner products manufactured by us, and pass on manufacturer warranties for other products we sell. Full details are available at: Warranty Page


    We are not liable for poor or incorrect installation, natural wear and tear, product misuse, or damage caused by third-party fitters. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and supporting evidence. We reserve the right to inspect and verify claims.


  15. Fraud, Chargebacks & Disputes

    We treat all fraudulent behaviour, including false chargebacks, payment disputes, and discount code abuse, as a breach of contract and fraud. We will respond with legal action and claims for costs and damages where necessary.


    You agree to contact us first before raising any payment dispute. We will provide evidence (including delivery confirmation, photographs, and communications) to defend any unjustified chargeback.


  16. Intellectual Property & Use of Our Content

    All images, videos, text, branding, designs, and other content on this website are the property of Floor Street Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, or otherwise use our content without express written permission.


    Unauthorised use will result in takedown action and may lead to legal claims for damages.


  17. Defamation, Harassment & Trade Sabotage

    We operate a zero-tolerance policy for malicious or defamatory behaviour targeting our company, staff, or suppliers, including false reviews, social media harassment, and attempts to damage our operations or reputation.


    We will pursue legal remedies, including cease and desist notices, defamation claims, and damages where applicable.


  18. Privacy & Cookies

    By using our site, you agree to our Privacy and Cookies Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please review our policies here: Returns and Cancellations


    To offer certain payment methods (e.g. Klarna), we may pass your personal data to finance providers at checkout to determine eligibility.


  19. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floor Street Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.


    We shall not be liable for any costs associated with installation delays, missed appointments, third-party labour, or any other indirect loss or expense.


    Our total liability is limited strictly to the value of the goods purchased from us.


  20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
