- For patterned carpets the pattern will always run along the length.
- Measure the longest and widest points, including alcoves, doorways and bay windows.
- Always add extra for cutting and waste. For example, if your wall is 1.5m, order at least 2m.
- You can join smaller pieces together to create a larger piece and cut to shape at home.

- Hi, I I have two flights of stairs with 2 rectangular shaped landings. How would I be able to work out the length of runner needed and such that the bottom step on the 2 flight of stairs connects with the carpet on the landing? I ordered the Sintra Stair runner sample and liked it so would like to order the runner but only when I make sure to get the right metreage. Thanks
