Start by measuring the area you would like to cover with matching carpet. Enter those measurements into our easy-to-use online calculator and add the products to your basket. It's that simple!
IMPORTANT
- For patterned carpets the pattern will always run along the length.
- Measure the longest and widest points, including alcoves, doorways and bay windows.
- Always add extra for cutting and waste. For example, if your wall is 1.5m, order at least 2m.
- You can join smaller pieces together to create a larger piece and cut to shape at home.

Delivery & Access Information
Your stair runner will be delivered carefully bubble-wrapped via courier in a secure box. Deliveries take place Monday–Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm, and a signature will be required.
Order before 12pm and we offer next working day delivery, so you can get your stair runner fitted without delay.
All deliveries are kerbside, so please be prepared to unwrap and move your stair runner indoors. If access is limited and a large vehicle may struggle to reach your road or driveway, simply let us know in the checkout comments and we’ll arrange a suitable alternative at no extra cost.
There’s no need to wait in all day either — you can select a delivery date at checkout, up to four months in advance, and plan around what suits you best.

We deliver to most areas across the UK, including Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland.
30-day Returns & Cancellations
Need to return something?
No need to rush. Return anytime within 30 days.
You're responsible for the goods until they reach us. Items must be returned in resellable condition, with the original packaging unopened and the seal intact. We recommend taking a photo when handing your return to the delivery company, just in case.
Please add extra packaging to keep the manufacturer’s box clean and damage-free on its journey back. Use a carrier that offers insurance — if goods arrive damaged, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Better safe than sorry.
It’s your responsibility to arrange all returns and cover the cost. Don’t forget to include a completed return form — without it, your items may be lost and your refund won’t be processed.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled and reordered in a sale or using a discount code after the initial order. The first order will remain valid in all cases.
Before dispatch: Changed your mind? No problem — contact us and we’ll refund you in full within 14 days.
In transit: If your order is already on the way, let us know. We’ll work with the courier to stop it and refund you minus delivery costs within 14 days.
After delivery: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items if you change your mind.
