Delivery & Access Information
Your flooring will be delivered either on pallets via an HGV or bubble-wrapped in a courier van, depending on order size. Deliveries take place Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, and a signature is required.
Order before 12pm and we offer next working day delivery, so you can start your project without delay.
All deliveries are kerbside, so please be ready to unwrap and move your flooring inside. If a fire-engine-sized vehicle cannot easily access your road or driveway, let us know in the checkout comments and we’ll make alternative arrangements at no extra charge.
You won’t need to wait around at home for your delivery. Simply choose a delivery date at checkout up to four months in advance and get on with your day.

30-day Returns & Cancellations
Need to return something?
No need to rush. Return anytime within 30 days.
You're responsible for the goods until they reach us. Items must be returned in resellable condition, with the original packaging unopened and the seal intact. We recommend taking a photo when handing your return to the delivery company, just in case.
Please add extra packaging to keep the manufacturer’s box clean and damage-free on its journey back. Use a carrier that offers insurance — if goods arrive damaged, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Better safe than sorry.
It’s your responsibility to arrange all returns and cover the cost. Don’t forget to include a completed return form — without it, your items may be lost and your refund won’t be processed.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled and reordered in a sale or using a discount code after the initial order. The first order will remain valid in all cases.
Before dispatch: Changed your mind? No problem — contact us and we’ll refund you in full within 14 days.
In transit: If your order is already on the way, let us know. We’ll work with the courier to stop it and refund you minus delivery costs within 14 days.
After delivery: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items if you change your mind.

- How do you cut this product? It says it has a stone core so not sure what kind of saw is needed
- Great question — SPC flooring does have a stone–plastic composite core, which makes it denser and tougher than laminate or standard vinyl, but it’s still really easy to cut with the right tools. Here are your options 👇 1) Score and snap (best for straight cuts) • Use a sharp utility knife and a straight edge. • Score the surface 2–3 times along your line, then bend the board downwards — it will snap cleanly. • This is the quickest and cleanest method for most cuts. 2) Fine-tooth saw (for detailed or angle cuts) • Use a fine-tooth hand saw, a mitre saw, or a jigsaw with a fine wood or laminate blade. • Always cut with the decorative side facing up to avoid chipping. • If you’re using a power saw, cut slowly and steadily — no need for heavy pressure. 3) Hole cuts / notches • For radiator pipes or corners, mark and use a jigsaw or multi-tool to cut out the section neatly. Tip: SPC boards are rigid but can chip if forced — let the blade do the work and don’t rush the cut.
