"Ordered the scandi oak laminate and upon delivery it was actually called Denver Oak. No phone number to ring and website said not to accept if order incorrect. I emailed and contacted WhatsApp number and had to accept order as delivery driver was waiting to leave. 20 mins later had confirmation that it was the correct flooring, just named differently. This could have been avoided with an email to let me know this in advance. Apart from that delivery was smooth and well communicated. Product looks good, have yet to fit it."
