You're responsible for the goods until they reach us. Items must be returned in resellable condition, with the original packaging unopened and the seal intact. We recommend taking a photo when handing your return to the delivery company, just in case.
Please add extra packaging to keep the manufacturer’s box clean and damage-free on its journey back. Use a carrier that offers insurance — if goods arrive damaged, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Better safe than sorry.
It’s your responsibility to arrange all returns and cover the cost. Don’t forget to include a completed return form — without it, your items may be lost and your refund won’t be processed.

Solid Wood
Engineered wood flooring is made from layers of real timber, topped with a solid hardwood wear layer. It gives you the luxury and warmth of solid wood, with added strength and stability, making it ideal for modern homes.
Unlike traditional hardwood, engineered planks won’t warp or shrink with changes in temperature or humidity, so they’re perfect for kitchens, lounges, and bedrooms and most areas of the house. They’re even compatible with underfloor heating.
Installation is flexible too: engineered wood can be glued down, floated over underlay, or even secret nailed, depending on your subfloor and preference. With finishes like brushed, lacquered, oiled, smoked, and hand-scraped textures, it brings character, comfort, and timeless style to any room.
