2.1 Upon receipt of your delivery, you are required to meticulously inspect your order for any indications of immediate damage or missing items.

2.2 Any evident damage or missing items must be communicated without delay to the delivery driver, and FloorStreet must be notified by email to help@floorstreet.co.uk. Suitable photographic evidence should accompany this notification.

2.3 Subsequent discovery of product issues cannot necessarily be ascribed to our responsibility, as such problems may have occurred subsequent to delivery and acceptance of the goods in good condition.

2.4 It is essential to perform a visual inspection of the flooring prior to installation. Responsibility for the final judgement of product quality is accepted fully by the installer and buyer upon installation or use of the product.

2.5 We disclaim any responsibility for faulty items that have been interfered with or used contrary to the manufacturer's or our guidelines.

2.6 Concerns with your product will be addressed and resolved promptly, but we advise you to consult our terms and conditions for a comprehensive guide on dealing with product issues.



3.1 Cancellation of orders must be enacted within 24 hours of receipt of the order confirmation email to qualify for a full refund.

3.2 Any cancellation requested beyond the stated timeframe is subject to the stipulations of our return and refund policy as stated below.



4.1 You reserve the right to return the product and claim a full refund, excluding any charges for collection and restocking, within 14 days of order placement.

4.2 To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with any associated components and accessories.

4.3 The initiation of the refund process is subject to an inspection of the returned goods to verify that they have been returned in their original condition.

4.4 The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
