Welcome to our website, hereinafter referred to as the 'Website', 'Site', 'we', 'our' or 'us'. The Website is managed and operated by FloorStreet ("FloorStreet", "us", "we", "our"). This Terms & Conditions agreement ('Agreement') lays down the legally binding terms for your use of the Website.
Please read these terms and conditions ('Terms', 'Terms and Conditions') carefully before using the website operated by FloorStreet (‘us', 'we', 'our').
GENERAL
1.1 By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.
1.2 If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
1.3 Manufactures warranty or any warranty is only valid if the correct and recommended accessories have been used.
1.4 You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1.5 Although delivery dates can be selected, as a company, we have a 10 working day grace period to fulfil your order if there are any delays. within this time frame we can not cancel or refund or be liable for any compensation. after this time you can request a full refund but no compensation of any sort.
PRODUCT ISSUES AND DAMAGE
2.1 Upon receipt of your delivery, you are required to meticulously inspect your order for any indications of immediate damage or missing items.
2.2 Any evident damage or missing items must be communicated without delay to the delivery driver, and FloorStreet must be notified by email to help@floorstreet.co.uk. Suitable photographic evidence should accompany this notification.
2.3 Subsequent discovery of product issues cannot necessarily be ascribed to our responsibility, as such problems may have occurred subsequent to delivery and acceptance of the goods in good condition.
2.4 It is essential to perform a visual inspection of the flooring prior to installation. Responsibility for the final judgement of product quality is accepted fully by the installer and buyer upon installation or use of the product.
2.5 We disclaim any responsibility for faulty items that have been interfered with or used contrary to the manufacturer's or our guidelines.
2.6 Concerns with your product will be addressed and resolved promptly, but we advise you to consult our terms and conditions for a comprehensive guide on dealing with product issues.
2.7 Discounted Gift Cards cannot be used during sales.
CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Orders cannot be cancelled and reordered in the sale or with a discount code after the initial order. The first order will remain valid in any case.
3.2 Cancellation of orders must be enacted within 14 days of receipt of the order confirmation email to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations for next day delivery orders, special products or orders that have already been dispatched are not possible or will be subject to a cancellation fee and stocking fee usually 20% of the order amount.
3.3 If you wish cancel to after 14 days and we have not yet dispatched or delivered your order then you can quality for a refund but you will incur a storage fee of £40.00 per pallet per week (a maximum of 40 packs of flooring per pallet).
3.4 Any cancellation requested once your order is dispatched or delivered is subject a cancellation fee and storage fee, usually 20% of the order amount.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
4.1 You reserve the right to return the product and claim a full refund minus collection fee and cancellation fee, within 28 days of receiving your order.
4.2 To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with any associated components and accessories.
4.3 The initiation of the refund process is subject to an inspection of the returned goods to verify that they have been returned in their original condition.
4.4 The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
4.5 Special Order products are subject to restocking fees.
4.6 Clearance Items & Stair Runners cannot be cancelled or returned.
Storage Fees For Delaying Delivery
We open our delivery calendar for up to 4 months from order placement, you are able to select your delivery date at checkout within 4 months from the day you are placing your order.
Within the 4 months of placing your order you are able to delay your delivery date as long as you provide us with 5-7 working days notice for this.
However if you wish to delay your delivery date beyond the 4 month period from order placement we are entitled to charging a storage fee of £40.00 per pallet per week (a maximum of 40 packs of flooring per pallet).
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to revise, amend or modify this Agreement at any time and in any manner, by updating this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of such changes.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
