RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We hope that you will love your new floor. However, if you don’t or have issues with your product, please follow our returns policy below. You can find full details of our cancellation and returns policy on our terms & conditions.
What if I have an issue with my product?
Floor Street always endeavour to provide you with the highest quality products on the market. However, please let us know in the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product.
When you receive your delivery, you must check the package and if there are any signs of immediate damage or items missing, please firstly notify your delivery driver so a note can be made on your paperwork. You can then either give us a call or drop us an email at email@example.com to let us know about the issue (photos are always helpful too). In addition, if you notice any problems with your products later down the line, please get in touch with us in the same way. We will always do our best to rectify any issues you have with your product and deal with them as quickly as possible by either replacing or refunding faulty items.
Always proceed with a visual inspection of the flooring before installation. The installer or user assumes all responsibility for the final inspection of product quality. Once installed or used, the flooring is considered accepted by the installer and the owner.
It should be noted that we are unable to accept items as being faulty if they have been tampered with or used in a way that is against the manufacturer’s advice or ours. Please visit our terms & conditions for full details on what to do if there are any issues with your product.
Upon receiving your order confirmation email, you will have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund for your order. If you wish to cancel your order after this time, then you will be subject to our refund policy, as your order will have already been processed and is likely to be on its way to you.
No refunds will be given on any products unless agreed otherwise. If for any reason you change your mind about the product you’ve ordered, you will have up to 14 days upon receiving your products to let us know that you would like to return them, and you are entitled to exchange or credit note.
Before returning your items to us, please get in touch with us either by phone or email. You are liable for returning the products to us and their collection and delivery costs, or you can bring them back to our store.
Please note that products must be returned to us in their original packaging and complete with all parts and accessories delivered with the product. We will only issue a refund to you once we have inspected the goods and accept that they have been returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we have received your items.
